Upbux.com - appeared in September 2009 and quickly become popular among PTC users. Whois information about upbux.com domain is public - http://whois.domaintools.com/upbux.com and website owner is from Portugal.
Upbux team is constantly developing the script of their website but it doesn't interrupt the stable work of the website. Only in the period from 20-th to 24-th January 2010 there were some breaks in website work as they were doing maintenance of the system, which was essential for the future stable work of the website.
In the middle of December LibertyReserve was implemented for cashouts and deposits.
At the end of December 2009 they have successfully completed the migration to new dedicated server parallel, which will split the processing into 2 computers.
After 3 months of work they have already paid more than $50 000 to their members.

Update 14.02 - Upbux Paypal account is limited, all payment methods are closed for now to avoid mass withdrawals from Alertpay/Liberty Reverve until the issue is not resolved.
Update 18.02 - Upbux is closed, Paypal did not restore their account (thought they even did not provide any proof that their account had even been limited). Thus, we have to place Upbux in Scam sites category.
