Just want to list our Terms Of Service ( TOS) since we are having a lot of requests for payouts where members do not fullfill our TOS.

This has unfortunately given us a lot of negative votes on Earnmoneyspace.

It is on our site as on all sites, that members aggree to TOS when they sign up.

Unfortunately there are only a few members that read these, so here they are.

Terms of Service

1) By joining our program you automatically agree these Terms of Service. Members that do not agree these terms should stop using our service and terminate their account immediately. We are not responsible for any losses and/or damages of any kind arising out of the relationship between you and our program. Our T.O.S. can change without prior notice when it is in the interrest of our program staying healthy.

2) WE DO NOT ACCECPT MEMBERS FROM VIETNAM- ANY NEW ACCOUNTS WILL BE DELETED

3) BowlingBux Cashout Terms

• All payments will be made via AlertPay or PayPal. No other method of payment.
• The Upgraded minimum cashout is $10(standard $1.5)
• You must use the same payment email as add funds to request payout.
• All issues caused by payment processors are not our fault.
• We can decline any payments of users suspected of cheating.
• Payout standard member processed within 5-7 days.
• Payout: upgraded instant - usually between 0 - 10 business days.
• You MUST post your Payout Proof in our Forum and failing to do so will result in next payment being declined.

Paid Member Cashout Terms: 1)Paid member means you deposit in your account or buy membership 2)Paid member total cashout amount :From 150% of your investment. 3)We don't accept unverified PayPal account deposit, if you do it your account will be suspended immediately without any notice! 4)Continious requests without being qualified will result in termination of your account and all your direct referrals will be removed and put in the renting pool .

Free(unpaid) Member Cashout Terms: 1)Unpaid member means you never made a deposit to your account. 2)Unpaid member need 4 active direct referrals before request cashout. 3)Continious requests without being qualified will result in termination of your account and all your direct referrals will be removed and put in the renting pool . 4)Unpaid member one time max paid amount is $1.5

4) To earn from your referrals you must click on Ads. If you do not click Ads today you will NOT earn from your referrals tomorrow.

5) You are allowed to have one account per IP address or household. Do not try to create more than one account, as all of your accounts will be terminated and balances will be forfeited. ANY INCORRECT INFORMATION GIVEN ON SIGNUP WILL RESULT IN ACCOUNT TERMINATION

6) You have to provide a valid email address upon registering. If it is established that you are accessing our site through a TOR network your account will be SUSPENDED immidiately, without any warning or prior notice. This is to protect our site from malicious users that try to operate more than 1 account.

7) It has to be stressed that auto-click software is in any kind is prohibited. If we catch you using using this kind of software, your account will be terminated without notice.

8) We remain the right to terminate your account in cases like, but not limited to, spamming, cheating or general misuse of the system.

9) All purchased items are non-refundable. Charge back or reverse transactions made on your purchases will lead to immediate account termination.

10) We remain the right to modify your account information and/or balances due to evident errors in the system.

11) Advertise:the following is not allowed if your website contains:• a framebreaker• adult content• content that promotes spamming, racism, etc.
